The emerging designer is a limitless wealth of innovative, irreverent designs, all created made-to-measure with utmost attention to detail in her cozy Chicago studio. “I have more ideas than my hands could ever keep up with,” Sarah Varca says. Though every piece she creates is imbued with her signature playful sense of fun, “There is nothing I take more seriously than making women feel fabulous.”
Varca is a body-positive brand and believes that on her wedding day, a bride deserves a gown tailored just for her. That’s why each gown is bespoke to its bride’s individual measurements. All gowns are handmade in Chicago by talented people paid a living wage.

Sarah Varca lives in Logan Square, Chicago, with her husband, Ricky, and cats, Jane and Elizabeth Bennet. Sarah is a Wyoming native, a francophile, a cheese enthusiast, a knitter, a weaver, a gardener, a thrift store addict, and a feminist. She also wants to make you a wedding dress.
