Bloom is growing, and we’re excited to be adding to our close-knit team!

We are looking for a casual bridal stylist who is equally passionate about fashion and professional growth in the industry. The role primarily focuses on creating beautiful client experiences, including bridal fittings and day-to-day administration.  

 

 About You:

  • You’re enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn

  • You have an interest in styling and fashion trends

  • You love building relationships with clients and have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • You have a minimum of 12 months of experience in sales or hospitality

  • Previous experience in high-end fashion and fashion design/sewing is highly regarded but not essential. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Confidently lead and assist with one-on-one client appointments

  • Provide styling advice and beautiful client experiences

  • Help support sales KPIs 

  • Visual Merchandising 

  • Managing sending, receiving and tracking packages

  • Assist with bridal trunk shows, photoshoots and events

  • General day-to-day administration, order placement, data entry

  • Steaming of gowns and preparing client fittings

  • Ability to provide confident, professional resolutions to client concerns 

  • General maintenance of boutique

Additional Details:

  • Casual hours, Wednesday-Sunday with the opportunity for additional hours/permanent position for the right candidate

  • Must be available to work weekends and some evenings

  • Compensation will be based on experience 

  • We’re a small, passionate team and open to customising a role specific to your skill set and interests.
